The project based at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark began in January 2013. The scientific project aims to provide birds living in the woodland near the university with nest boxes in order to establish a breeding population. The population will be monitored throughout the year to obtain various high-quality data on phenology, reproduction and survival in relation to weather, food availability, and population density. Would you like to learn about birds and participate in scientific research? No experience needed, training will be provided. Contact us at sdubirds(at)gmail.com.
